We are always ready to entertain our valuable customer’s products exchange and return requests. If you want to exchange or return product we offer a flexible duration of 15 days after the date of billing with terms and conditions of:

1) The product should not be damaged and used by the customer.

2) Product price- tag, intact and availability of original invoice.

If the delivered product is not according to order like wrong article, wrong ordered size or color and manufacturing fault the company will change the product after the examination. With the E-mailing of product pictures on sales@nematenaseem.com our team will examine the product fault and provide guidance regarding to exchange process.

Products shown on the, nemtenaseem.com, can be slightly changed in real color and textured because the difference of various devices, screen resolution and color combinations; therefore, products cannot be exchanged in this condition.

In case of exchange and return, customer will bear all handling services charges.

Refunds

For the comfort of our clients, we offer refund policy with the time duration of 15 days after purchasing of product. Shipping and handling service charges will be deducted from the total amount of refund. The products which are purchased from debit or credit card will be refund in the same method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped you will receive an E-mail or SMS regarding tracking information. Most common reasons includes: Item is not available, customer’s provided address or contact info is not valid, Stitching is requested with Cash On Delivery Order.
